With a photographic focus on the convergence of luminosity and composition to emphasize mood and light, the resulting image makes for a clean and appealing print, enabling the photograph to speak for itself. Photographed digitally using high resolution portable camera equipment, I strive for the highest quality by using best practices to get it right in the camera, minimizing computer editing. I limit image manipulation to spot removal (typically dust), contrast adjustment and sharpening, and never add anything, pose model or captive animals or composite elements of two different subject images.

Having trained with color guru Bill Atkinson and printmaster Charlie Cramer, all of my art is handmade by me, including canvas prints which are giclee (inkjet) printed using archival ink, sealed with a water based veneer, then stretched over a gallery wrap frame and are ready for hanging. Matted prints are giclee printed using archival ink, on Premium Luster archival paper using archival matting and mounting materials. 12” x18” and larger prints and are signed in ink on the image border, also the top mat has a facsimile of my signature. Matted print sizes are standard and ready for framing.
